MPH365 Terms and Conditions – Philippines

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the MPH365 platform — including our website, mobile interface, games, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and MPH365 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately and do not create an account.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use the MPH365 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine law.
• You must be a legal resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of MPH365 or any of its partner companies.
• You must not have previously been banned or excluded from MPH365 or any related platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for another person or entity.

MPH365 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or location at any time. If you cannot verify your eligibility, your account may be suspended and any funds held pending review. We take age verification seriously — it is not just a formality, it is a legal obligation we uphold for the protection of minors and the integrity of the platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money games on MPH365, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, contact number, and a government-issued ID for identity verification.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) MPH365 account. Opening multiple accounts — also known as multi-accounting — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real-time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment channel.
• MPH365 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may have their own transaction limits or fees.
• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party funding is not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days; GCash and Maya withdrawals are often completed within minutes during peak hours.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that matches your verified account details.
• MPH365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawals above ₱50,000.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

MPH365 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified Philippine-based players only.
• Each promotion may have its own minimum deposit, wagering requirement, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry period — always check the individual promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6. Game Rules & Betting Conduct

General betting conduct rules applicable across all MPH365 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. MPH365 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, MPH365 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to player balances.
• Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds (palpable errors) will be voided regardless of the outcome.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MPH365 platform. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Money laundering, fraud, or using the platform to conceal proceeds of illegal activity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting
• Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive games
• Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to exploit bonuses or game outcomes
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt any part of the MPH365 system or games
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation in relation to bets placed on MPH365
• Allowing a third party to use your account or betting on behalf of another person

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the MPH365 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, written content, software, website design, and any other materials — is the exclusive property of MPH365 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any MPH365 content without prior written permission from the Company. Unauthorised use of MPH365 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

MPH365 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our full Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By registering on MPH365, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
