Account Security
Your MPH365 Login Is Protected at Every Step
We know that security is a big concern when you're logging in to an online gaming account — especially when real money is involved. MPH365 has multiple layers of protection built into every login session so you can focus on the games, not the worry.
Here's what's working in the background every time you log in to MPH365:
- 256-bit SSL encryption — all data between your device and our servers is fully encrypted. No eavesdropping, ever.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — enable 2FA in your account settings to add an extra layer of verification on every login. Highly recommended, especially if you use GCash or Maya for transactions.
- Login activity monitoring — MPH365 tracks your login history by device, IP, and time. Any unrecognised login triggers an automatic security alert to your registered email.
- Account lockout protection — after multiple failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked and you'll receive an email notification. This protects against brute-force attacks.
- Session timeout — idle sessions are automatically logged out after a period of inactivity to keep your account safe on shared devices.
Security tip: Never share your MPH365 login credentials with anyone — including people claiming to be MPH365 staff. We will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call.
